In one of the largest deals of its kind, Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Metro Brokers to offer 3D room scenes and interactive virtual staging for home buyers and sellers.
SAN JOSE, Calif. - Nov. 4, 2015 // PRNewswire // - Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Metro Brokers, one of the largest brokers in Georgia with close to 1800 agents and 25 offices, announced today that they will be partnering with roOomy to offer its suite of services to their agents. Buying a home is a huge financial decision. One of the biggest hurdles is the fact that 90% of consumers do not have the ability to visualize a home's potential. This is especially difficult in the case of vacant properties. "Staged homes sell faster than vacant homes, it's a fact," said Kevin Levent, President and CEO of BHGRE Metro Brokers. The patented core technology offered by roOomy transforms 2D images into 3D models to provide the ultimate 3D customization experience for real estate consumers. roOomy has a team of Interior Designers who virtually stage 3D listing scenes with name brand furnishings and decor products from 80 retailers including the nation's top retailers like Wayfair, Birch Lane, and Design Within Reach. From the roOomy iPad app, these virtually staged listing scenes can be viewed in 3D, zoomed, manipulated and even re-designed by the consumer.

Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Metro Broker's agents will be offered a discount on roOomy's product suite. There is also plans for a deeper integration with their Distinctive Collection program for luxury homes.
