Property Management Company to Open New Location in Myrtle Beach

All County Southern Shores Property Management will become the first All County office to open in South Carolina. The All County Southern Shores team is ready to provide competent and professional property management services in Horry and Georgetown Counties.

MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. (PRWEB) December 18, 2015 - All County® Franchise Corporation is pleased to announce the opening of a new business location at 100 Prather Drive, Unit B, in Myrtle Beach. All County Southern Shores Property Management will open December 21, 2015. This will be the first location in the state of South Carolina, and the 42 location to open in the United States. The Myrtle Beach location will provide the competent and professional property management services that clients and their tenants have come to expect from All County. Additionally, the Southern Shores team will specialize in real estate investing guidance.

According to the most recent Census Bureau data, "The Carolinas were home to four of the nation's 20 fastest-growing metro areas between 2013 and 2014." Southern Shores leaders, Dawn McGarry and Steve Brown, said that they understand why so many people are flocking to the state. "We've been experiencing a lot of job growth, which is really great, and the natural beauty of South Carolina is difficult to beat. It's why I love living here," said Brown. "Myrtle Beach and the surrounding areas are also great places for investment," said McGarry.

For many years, Dawn and Steve have been rooted in South Carolina. Their decades of industry experience was cultivated in the Palmetto state and results from years of managing and developing rental-properties. Additionally, for much of her career, McGarrry helped property investors and home buyers obtain financing; while, Brown has provided his service to the City of Myrtle Beach Public Works for more than 20 years.
