December 28, 2015 // Franchising.com // CINCINNATI, OH – Chip Perfect, Franchise Owner of LaRosa’s Greendale, Indiana, was recently awarded the 5th Annual TD Hughes LaRosa’s Leadership Award, which recognizes the development of many successful leaders within the LaRosa’s organization. The award was named after LaRosa’s Chairman TD Hughes. In his over 50 years with LaRosa’s, Hughes developed the skills of many leaders, including brothers Mike and Mark LaRosa. Recipients of the TD Hughes Leadership Award are honored for their commitment to developing outstanding leaders in their own businesses.
The 5th Annual Buddy LaRosa “Reach Out and Make Smiles” Award was recently presented to Scott Inderhees, Franchise Owner of LaRosa’s St. Bernard and Clifton suburbs of Cincinnati. LaRosa’s Founder Buddy LaRosa credits two practices as key to his success: doing whatever it takes to make each Guest smile, and “taking care of the people you serve” by being an invested and active member of the local community. Recipients of this award are LaRosa’s franchise owners who bring those practices to life in their pizzerias. Mr. Inderhees was recognized for his significant involvement and long-term commitment to serving Guests, their families and the St. Bernard and Clifton communities.
LaRosa’s Pizzeria of the Year Award was recently presented to Tarik Daoud Franchise Owner of LaRosa’s Mason, Ohio. The award recognizes Mr. Daoud for his Best in Class performance for overall business operations including excellence in food safety, cleanliness and organization, Guest satisfaction and profitability. Mr. Daoud is committed to serving LaRosa’s Guests and their families throughout the Mason area community.
