January 20, 2016 // Franchising.com // Addison, TX – Expense Reduction Analysts (ERA), the global leader in cost management consulting, has received the 2016 World-Class Franchise® certification from the Franchise Research Institute®.
The Franchise Research Institute conducted an independent confidential franchisee validation survey, which was given to 100 percent of all U.S. ERA franchisees and completed by 74 percent of the system. The survey was designed to determine the quality of 10 key metrics crucial to franchisee success within the franchise system.
Through the survey, ERA franchise owners were asked to rate their franchisor in categories such as overall quality, growth potential, support and communication. The survey determined that 95 percent of franchisees gave a positive rating to the overall quality of the franchisor and 93 percent agreed that ERA cares about franchisee profitability and success. In addition, 94 percent of franchisees gave a positive grade for the helpfulness and communication between fellow franchisees, as well as a positive rating when comparing their franchise to the local competition.
