Most recently, Sun Capital Partners, Inc. (“Sun Capital”) a leading private investment firm specializing in leveraged buyouts and investments in market-leading companies announced that an affiliate has completed the acquisition of CCW, LLC (“the Company”), the largest franchisee of HuHot restaurants.
