Kids ‘R’ Kids Learning Academy Announces Expansion Plans For Atlanta Market

Leading Early Education Provider Targets Additional Growth in Buford, Cumming, Hamilton Mill and Others in North Atlanta

February 03, 2016 // Franchising.com // DULUTH, Ga. – Kids ‘R’ Kids Learning Academy, a national early childhood education franchise with three decades of experience, announced today it is targeting additional areas in North Atlanta for future expansion. The Duluth, Ga.-based company aims to develop an additional 7-10 locations in communities in North Atlanta, along the I-75, I-85 and GA-400 corridors. Target areas include Canton, Cartersville, Cumming, Hamilton Mill, Buford, and Braselton. Kids ‘R’ Kids Learning Academies also will break ground in Buford and Cumming, Ga., later this year.

Currently, Kids ‘R’ Kids Learning Academy operates 36 locations in the Greater Atlanta area. Julie Holliday, a former engineer and longtime franchisee of the brand, has owned and operated the Kids ‘R’ Kids Learning Academy of Duluth since 1994. It was while Holiday’s daughter was attending the Kids ‘R’ Kids Learning Academy of Suwanee, when she realized her calling and made the bold career move to become an entrepreneur.

Interested candidates should have a minimum net worth of $750,000 and liquid assets of at least $400,000 per unit. Depending on the real estate site selected, franchisees can expect the total investment to be approximately $3,476,900 – $4,968,500 with a $90,000 initial franchise fee.
