Sotheby's International Realty Further Expands Brand Presence in Australia

MADISON, N.J. and ADELAIDE, Australia Feb. 17, 2016 // PRNewswire // - Sotheby's International Realty Affiliates LLC today announced the brand's expansion into the remaining Australian states, including South Australia, Western Australia, Tasmania and Northern Territory, with the formation of South Australia Sotheby's International Realty.

Led by Principal Scott Bowie, South Australia Sotheby's International Realty will provide luxury residential real estate services throughout the state. The company's first real estate office is planned to open in Adelaide in the coming months, adjacent to Sotheby's Australia Auction House regional representative office. This proximity will provide a unique and marketable synergy in the city. Additional offices are planned for Western Australia, Tasmania and the Northern Territory over the next 18 months.
