Local Entrepreneur to Open @Work Group in Winston-Salem

National staffing franchise expands into Winston-Salem, North Carolina market, answers growing job market demands.

March 02, 2016 // Franchising.com // WINSTON-SALEM, NC. – @Work Group, an award-winning national staffing franchise, is increasing its national footprint by signing an all-new franchise to Winston-Salem, North Carolina professional, Nathan DiBagno. The staffing agency will assist staffing needs in the area’s diverse business market, and add to the nearly 100 offices already open in the United States.

“People are important to a business and how you treat them shows how much you value them,” said DiBagno. “My expertise has always been in business relationships and nourishing them with clientele. Some hiring managers focus solely on recruiting, without accounting for the commitment of the relationship after onboarding. DiBagno comes to @Work Group after working as a regional sales manager, overseeing sales and operations for 8 separate newspapers. He gained extensive knowledge about what he calls the “people business” and how to hire the right sales people. DiBagno also understands the importance of getting comfortable with people and asking the right questions – which helped him increase his business expertise.

In search of entrepreneurship, DiBagno first discovered @Work through an article in Entrepreneur magazine. He then decided to learn more and contacted Cliff Harber, a recruiting manager at @Work Group. His motivation for results and customer service will attract excellent applicants to local Winston-Salem businesses. His first @Work location is set to open in the Westside of Winston-Salem area during the first quarter of 2016, and he plans to expand eventually into the Greensboro market.
