SEATTLE (PRWEB) March 25, 2016 - Best in Class Education Center (Best in Class), a top-of-the-line education enrichment program that focuses on math and English, is proud to announce its newest opening in Frisco, TX.
Frisco’s first Best in Class Education Center will be operating under the ownership of education advocate and multi-unit Best in Class franchisee, Priya Venkat, who also owns a location in Allen, TX. The center, located at 1800 South Independence Parkway in McKinney, TX will be opening on March 26 with a grand opening celebration. Grand opening activities will take place at the new center from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Families are encouraged to tour the facility and take advantage of free assessment tests ($50 value) and a waived registration fee for parents who register their children ($50 value). Throughout the day, families can also enter a drawing with fun prizes including a Kindle Fire HD, a drone, and FitBit.
“We have seen tremendous success in Texas, and I am confident Priya will continue excelling as she opens the first Frisco-area location,” said Hao Lam, Founder and CEO of Best in Class. “Priya has a passion for quality education and her commitment to the success of her students is evident to those that surround her. She has been an asset to the Best in Class team and we look forward to watching her grow and succeed with the brand.”
Venkat received both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in biochemistry. She spent seven years as a researcher at the University of Washington Medical Center in the field of fertility and clinical lab work. She also spent seven years managing multiple labs in the in vitro fertilization (IVF) field at Seattle Reproductive Medicine.
Venkat first heard about Best in Class six years ago when looking for tutoring options for her own children. After multiple in person conversations at parent-teacher conferences and checking her children’s homework, she became alarmingly aware that the education her children were receiving in school fell short. Searching for more advanced classes for her kids, she began researching programs in Seattle and it was clear that Best in Class was the superior choice. Venkat aims to tackle the education challenges in Texas at the local level and inspire kids to be passionate about learning from a young age, helping them develop reading and math skills that support Texas’ STEM focused education.
“I’m eager to bring Best in Class to a new community and inspire children to have the passion for education that I possess and try to instill in my own family,” said Venkat. “I believe parents in the McKinney and Frisco communities have a yearning for a service that offers a customizable approach for their kids, and this is our chance to make learning fun again.”
The brand’s ability to grow and develop successfully in both new and existing markets is due to the recognizable achievements students have experienced at the centers. To motivate and help students develop comprehensive analytical skills, Lam and his team have created programs that emphasize understanding and long-term retention through a tailored curriculum. This attention to individualized needs has helped Best in Class position itself as the industry’s leading provider of complementary education to students in elementary, middle, and high school.
“Our dedicated family of franchisees has allowed the Best in Class brand to continue thriving in the communities we serve,” said Lam. “We will continue to uphold our commitment to education and support our students with proven results.”
Best in Class currently has more than 30 centers open in California, New Jersey, Ohio, Oregon, Washington, Texas, and Nevada. The premier option in supplemental education is currently looking to expand in Texas and California as well as the Tri-State area of Virginia, Maryland, and the District of Columbia.
