Miami Grill Celebrates First Opening In West Palm Beach

The new fast casual concept brings the spirit of South Beach to Palm Beach County.

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. - April 1, 2016 // PRNewswire // - The South Florida-based chain will officially open its first restaurant location in West Palm Beach.

"The Miami Grill concept is absolutely booming in growth and we couldn't be more excited to continue its expansion into Palm Beach County," says Robert Haar, VP of Franchise Development of Miami Grill.

Miami Grill is the newest concept developed by Miami Subs Capital Partners 1, Inc. and equity partner, Armando Christian "Pitbull" Pérez. The new Miami Grill inWest Palm Beach is owned by Dan Finlayson, a successful franchise operator with years of experience in the restaurant industry. Mr. Finlayson is also scheduled to open another location at 7800 Okeechobee Blvd. in West Palm Beach in mid-April.

Miami Grill embodies the spirit, soul and electric attitude of South Beach. The diverse menu offers guests "something for everyone", which is unlike any other chain in the fast casual category. The restaurant features grilled fish, Angus burgers, salads, wings, pitas, unique sauces, marinades, and beer and wine. The opening is the first of several locations in Palm Beach County with additional openings in Boca Raton and Margate.

The grand opening celebration is set for Saturday, April 2nd from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Guests will get a first look at the concept's modern style and diverse offerings. There will also be an array of activities including, music, face painting, menu samplings, door prizes and a chance to win $50,000.
