Starwood Announces Regular Quarterly Dividend

STAMFORD, Conn. - May 6, 2016 - (BUSINESS WIRE) - Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. (NYSE:HOT) today announced that its Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.375 per share of common stock, payable on June 3, 2016, to stockholders of record as of the close of business on May 20, 2016.
