May 20, 2016 // Franchising.com // MIAMI – Hilton Worldwide (NYSE: HLT) has been selected as a 2016 Best Workplace in Latin America by Great Place to Work Institute - the global research firm that identifies and classifies the world’s best workplaces. Hilton was recognized with a 14th place ranking on the list of best multinational companies to work for in Latin America, based on the results of the Great Place to Work employee survey submitted by Team Members in Peru, Colombia and Mexico.
The results found team members in Latin America believed in Hilton’s values, recognize management as trustworthy and the organization creates a fair environment where opportunities for career growth are prevalent. A sense of camaraderie and pride for their job complemented the overall positive scores.
