It was an instant hit, and in fall of 2015, that very pizza helped French beat out hundreds of other restaurants to claim the top spot at the 2015 Pizzaiolo Ultisimo. The victory earned him a position on the esteemed Groupon U.S. Pizza Team, where he had the chance to once again wow judges with his creation at the 2016 World Pizza Championship in Italy. Now, the Peach Prosciutto Pie has come full circle-from June 1 through August 16, this award-winning pizza will make its triumphant return to the brand’s Craft Pie Series.

The Peach Prosciutto Pie, which originally made its Craft Pie Series debut back in 2015, combines the favorite flavors of summer into one irresistible pizza. It starts with Your Pie’s signature hand-tossed dough, and is drizzled with olive oil, spread with ricotta, mozzarella and parmesan cheeses and then topped with prosciutto, sweet peaches and fresh chopped basil. The pie is then finished with a house-made honey balsamic glaze.
Other seasonal additions to the Craft Pie Series menu includes a decadent Italian Butter Pecan Gelato. To add extra flavor to this cold, creamy treat, roasted pecans are folded in. Your Pie is then pairing these items with cold, crisp brews from the Colorado-based New Belgium Brewing Company, which includes their flagship Fat Tire beer-a refreshing amber ale-and the new Citradellic, a tangerine IPA.
The Craft Pie Series has been a seasonal feature of the Your Pie menu since French opened the first fast-casual pizza concept in 2008, and since then, they’ve whipped up popular creations like the Slider Pie, a pizza spin on the classic American cheeseburger; the New Gyro Pie, which boasts the bold flavors of classic Greek flavors; and, most recently, the Fresh Fiesta Pie, a deconstructed take on guacamole.
With the introduction of the Peach Prosciutto Pie, the brand announced that they’re also continuing their “InsPIEring Communities” concept. Originally introduced in early 2016, franchisees are encouraged to partner with a local organization of their choice to donate pizzas and proceeds raised through any Peach Prosciutto Pie sales.
