The Halal Guys Opening Two New Restaurants In The Philly Metro Area

The Famous Concept Is Set To Open Summer 2016 In Philadelphia and King Of Prussia, PA

June 07, 2016 // Franchising.com // New York, NY - The Halal Guys, the first mainstream American Halal food restaurant chain, will open two new restaurants this summer in the Philly metro area.  These will be the first PA restaurants for the brand, which has been expanding worldwide since 2014.

The first location in Philadelphia will be located at:  1016-18 Race St (inside the new Chinatown Square); and the first location in King Of Prussia will be located at:  150 W. Dekalb Pike, Suite 100 (inside of the Valley Forge Shopping Center).

Both new franchisees are eager to open in their respective territories, and believe that Philly is a perfect market for the brand.  Said the King Of Prussia partner, “We are excited about bringing the world famous Halal Guys to King Of Prussia, the chicken and rice hype is real!”

The Halal Guys launched a franchise program in 2014, when they partnered with Fransmart as an exclusive development partner. The Halal Guys currently has over 300 franchise units in development in territories including Atlanta, Washington, D.C., Virginia, Chicago, Houston, Dallas, Seattle, Orlando, and the entire state of California, which sold out within the first two months of franchising, as well as international locations for the Philippines, Malaysia, Indonesia, South Korea and Canada.
