DEERFIELD, Ill. - June 10, 2016 - (BUSINESS WIRE) - BAB Systems, Inc., the franchising subsidiary of BAB, Inc. (OTCQB: BABB) Deerfield, IL – today announced the opening of its newest Big Apple Bagels, which is located at 22320 Ford Road, in Dearborn Heights, Michigan.

The new Big Apple Bagels is unique within the national franchise chain, because it is the first store that offers Halal certified meats. The franchisee, local business owner Jamal Aoun, is excited to launch his newest venture and bring Big Apple Bagels to the Dearborn area. Stated Aoun, “I picked Big Apple Bagels because of the outstanding quality of their fresh-from-scratch bagels and amazing muffins, and the availability of a menu offering with Halal products should be a welcome addition to the community.”
