Intero Develops Companywide Young Professionals Network

CUPERTINO, Calif. - June 23, 2016 - (BUSINESS WIRE) - Intero Real Estate Services, Inc., a Berkshire Hathaway affiliate and wholly owned subsidiary of HomeServices of America, Inc., launched a company-specific Young Professionals Network (YPN). The intention of the Intero YPN is to provide resources and a network for the fresh and talented real estate agents within the company.

The Intero YPN provides quarterly events that allow Intero agents to interact and share ideas with other like-minded agents within the company. In addition, the Intero YPN secures some of the most amazing and informative speakers including the likes of Brian Boero, author and founder of 1000watt, a marketing and strategy consulting firm, who was the guest speaker for the inaugural event. The Intero YPN is also making use of the social sphere by creating a Facebook Group that will allow members to instantly share ideas and information that will raise the bar for all participants.

As the shift continues to move to a younger, more diversified generation, the necessity for a more compatible and relatable real estate agent has become paramount. Mike D’Ambrosio, a leading sales manager at Intero will be leading the Intero YPN venture and anticipates the future of real estate professionals in the Bay Area to hit a fever pitch with the continued influx of young, internet-based minds.
