Beginning January 1, 2016, the State of California instituted a new mandate, requiring operators of senior-care businesses to adhere to strict guidelines regarding fees, rules and regulations. Ramezani’s business worked closely with California’s Department of Social Services over the past few months to ensure compliance with the new guidelines.
