Fast-Growing Technology Repair Brand Emphasizes Focus on Customer Service and Affordable Device Repair

The growing technology repair company specializes in same-day repair service of small electronics, repairing cracked screens, water damage, software issues, camera issues and most other technical problems at its more than 215 stores across North America.

The Arvada location is owned by Robert Viator, a childhood friend of uBreakiFix founders Justin Wetherill and David Reiff, and Hunter Look. Viator owns three stores in Colorado, including uBreakiFix South Denver and uBreakiFix Littleton.

“The goal for uBreakiFix has always been to serve technology users with fast, affordable service, and that's what we plan to do with our new Arvada location,” Viator said. “It's been an amazing experience to grow with the uBreakiFix team and its customers since 2010, when there were only five stores. The increasing cost of devices has made technology replacement difficult and expensive, which motivated savvy millennial duo, Wetherill and Reiff, to provide another option. uBreakiFix was founded in 2009 and the pair later partnered with Eddie Trujillo to offer a brick and mortar tech repair option that was quick, affordable and most importantly, provided a quality customer experience.
