Renters Warehouse Exploding with Growth in St. Louis

ST. LOUIS, MO (PRWEB) August 09, 2016 - After less than six months in operation, Renters Warehouse St. Louis is thrilled to announce that it has taken over property management for more than 600 properties.

The St. Louis office opened in March, and within a month, the team there acquired 129 properties in need of more professional leasing and property management services. By Aug. 1, Renters Warehouse onboarded another 500 single family homes from larger investors and since has experienced positive growth from traditional “Mom and Pop” landlords in the St. Louis area.

“A large investor was looking for a property manager that can effectively manage single family rentals in multiple markets,” says Jon Ortner, vice-president of business development for Renters Warehouse. “Part of what drew them to Renters Warehouse was that we have one great team, responsible for high quality, standardized operations in each market.
