The St. Louis office opened in March, and within a month, the team there acquired 129 properties in need of more professional leasing and property management services. By Aug. 1, Renters Warehouse onboarded another 500 single family homes from larger investors and since has experienced positive growth from traditional “Mom and Pop” landlords in the St. Louis area.
