This marks the first Firenza to enter Houston’s dynamic restaurant scene, with company plans for having as many as 20 area locations over the next several years.

With over 40 years of business experience, Moore and his wife decided to revisit their roots in the hospitality industry. In addition to working in restaurants, and later owning and operating his own, Moore has extensive experience in the oil and gas industry. He has held technical and management positons for large corporations as well as his own consulting business.
Since offering the franchise opportunity in September 2015, Firenza has signed agreements totaling over 45 restaurants currently in various stages of development in Virginia, North Carolina, Kentucky, Florida, Texas, Wisconsin, and California.

The nearly 40 toppings include – six signature sauces, seven cheeses, nine meats and 17 veggies. For those customers who don’t want to create their pizzas from scratch, Firenza also offers eight, chef-inspired signature pizzas. Once the 10 or 15 inch pizzas are assembled, they’re baked in an open flame stone-hearth oven and guaranteed to be done within five minutes.
