Giant Tiger in Sudbury, Ontario, Celebrates Grand Opening This Saturday

OTTAWA, ONTARIO - (Marketwired - Aug. 12, 2016) - On Saturday, August 13, Giant Tiger will celebrate the official opening of its second location in Sudbury, Ontario.

The new Giant Tiger store, located at 1933 Regent Street South, will occupy 30,000 square feet of space, and will offer ice, vending, lottery, Slush Puppie, third-party gift cards, GT gift cards and stamps.

The grand opening will be a fun-filled day with plenty of free activities for customers of all ages, including gift card and promotional giveaways, a princess meet and greet, free face painting, strolling entertainment, an interactive bubble station and, of course, a visit from Friendly, the Giant Tiger. There will also be Giant Value product sampling and a charitable BBQ, with proceeds supporting the Maison Sudbury Hospice.
