AdvantaClean Taps Three Veteran Franchisees to Expand Brand Presence in its Hometown Market

Leading Residential and Commercial Service Brand Now Under New Ownership in Charlotte

HUNTERSVILLE, N.C (PRWEB) August 31, 2016 - AdvantaClean, the country’s leading provider of Light Environmental Services™, is expanding its presence in its home market of Charlotte, North Carolina in partnership with three experienced AdvantaClean franchisees. Lyle Nearby, Doug Bassinger and Gibbon Pender, who own locations throughout the region, took over one of the largest AdvantaClean territories that services metro-Charlotte.

Nearby and Bassinger have owned and operated Charlotte-adjacent AdvantaClean territories since 2010, with Pender signing on with the brand in 2011. Now, together, they have expanded their business to cover the Charlotte metro area. All three franchisees have extensive backgrounds in customer service and sales before they signed on with AdvantaClean. Nearby also spent nearly two decades in retail management with high-end jewelry brand Tiffany & Co. before becoming a franchisee with AdvantaClean.

Bassinger had previously worked in management at General Motors and at a manufacturing company in Minneapolis. But, missing his family in the Charlotte region, he jumped into business ownership with AdvantaClean when he moved back to the area.

As AdvantaClean continues to grow, primary operational focus remains on its franchisees. By making them as successful as possible, the brand has seen strong growth in 2016. The brand plans to add 20 new locations by the end of the year, with plans for development in markets across the country, including Arizona, Ohio, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, Georgia and Alabama.

AdvantaClean offers single-unit territories starting at $124,800 when a franchisee finances a vehicle and equipment package, which includes working capital. It requires a minimum of $50,000 in liquid capital, and a minimum of $175,000 in net worth. Multi-unit opportunities are also available to qualified candidates who have a proven track record of building and leading businesses.
