Dogtopia Appoints New VP of Real Estate to Accelerate National Expansion
Leading Dog Daycare Hires Seasoned Real Estate Development Executive, Jesse Stiles

Stiles will oversee site selection for new and existing franchisees, as well as spearhead company growth plans nationwide.
Stiles brings with him more than 10 years of experience in commercial real estate and franchise development. Most recently, Stiles held a position with Domino’s in which he oversaw the strategic development for the entire Western United States region. In this role, Stiles worked on securing long term growth agreements with franchisees, analyzing markets and new site selection and relocation. Prior, Stiles worked with Driven Brands, Inc. to lead growth of the Meineke brand, helping to open 100 stores during his five-year tenure.
In his new position with Dogtopia, Stiles will add depth to the brand’s franchise development system and provide franchisee support. To accelerate the on-boarding process, Stiles will work directly with new franchisees to facilitate their store opening and compress opening timelines. In addition, since Dogtopia underwent a major brand reinvention in 2015, all existing locations will soon be remodeled to reflect the updated store design. Stiles will play a large role in streamlining the rebranding process for all existing locations. Additionally, Stiles will manage Dogtopia’s existing relationship with global commercial real estate company Cushman & Wakefield.
