Real Property Management launches first Quebec location in Montreal

MONTREAL, QC - (Marketwired - September 06, 2016) - Real Property Management has opened its first location in Quebec to provide professional property management solutions to residential rental property owners and investors in the Montreal market. Local owner Pierre Gagnon will manage the entire operation under the name Real Property Management Revolution. This will be the brand's 14th franchise location in Canada since the Charlwood Pacific Group purchased the master franchise rights in 2013.

Pierre was born and raised just outside the city and wanted to combine his education and his project management knowledge with his experience in real estate to help local property owners get the most from their investment. "As an engineer, I truly appreciate systems that have been proven to make life easier and businesses more productive. Working in real estate investing, I saw the incredible potential out there for property owners who wanted to rent their properties.
