Here's a 'Two Cool' Slurpee® Offer

Buy One-Get One FREE Slurpee Drink Sept. 12-18 at 7-Eleven Stores (Any size, all day, every day during promotion)

IRVING, Texas - Sept. 12, 2016 // PRNewswire // - 7-Eleven® kicks off Share-a-Slurpee fun this fall with an exclusive new flavor and a week-long, Buy One-Get One Free Slurpee® drink event beginning Monday, Sept. 12, and ending Sunday, Sept. 18. Any size Slurpee cup is eligible at participating 7-Eleven stores.

Available exclusively at 7-Eleven stores this fall, the featured Slurpee flavor is Green Apple Skittles, which transforms the popular sour candy into a refreshing frozen Slurpee beverage.

Customers who buy any size or flavor Slurpee drink can receive a second Slurpee drink free. The free Slurpee drink can be the same size as purchased or smaller.

"We have had a lot of fun this year toasting Slurpee's 50th again and again with – what else – a Slurpee drink, America's favorite frozen treat," said Laura Gordon, vice president of marketing and brand innovation. "I think Slurpee always tastes better when sharing with someone else. Our customers must too because so many bring family and friends with them when they stop by for a Slurpee drink."

Part of the Slurpee fun is capturing the experience with photos and sharing it on social media. 7-Eleven is using the hashtag #SLURPEE50 so Slurpee fans can share their experience on Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and Snapchat (username: REALLYSLURPEE).

"This offer is not only a great value," Gordon said, "but also provides a refreshing way to brighten someone else's day with a Slurp-it-Forward free Slurpee."

During the Buy One-Get One Free Slurpee drink event, both the purchased and free Slurpee drinks count toward the 7Rewards "Buy Six, Get the Seventh Free" drink offer available on the 7-Eleven smartphone app.

To participate in the 7Rewards® program, customers must use 7?Eleven's mobile app, available in the Apple App Store or Google Play, and register as a member. The member's unique, scannable barcode and digital punch card are located on the app's home screen for easier use.
