TAMPA, FLORIDA (PRWEB) September 11, 2016 - When RTO veterans, Cary & Tammy McPherson approached David Belt with the idea of leaving traditional rent-to-own to join the fast growing RNR Tire Express & Custom Wheel franchise, the response was swift. David had a long relationship with RNR Founder and President, Larry Sutton, had been watching the company’s growth over the past decade, and was confident that the RNR team was delivering a product that consumers needed.
