Caring Transitions, America’s largest resource for managing senior relocations as well as downsizing and estate liquidations, now serves El Cajon, Rancho San Diego, La Mesa, Jamul, Spring Valley, Lemon Grove, Lakeside, Santee, Bonita, Chula Vista, Ramona and East San Diego.

SAN DIEGO, CA (PRWEB) September 20, 2016 - Brothers David and Andy Van Houten are proud to announce that they’ve opened a new business aimed at helping seniors and families navigate the stressful world of senior relocation and estate liquidation – Caring Transitions of San Diego East County.

Caring Transitions is America’s largest resource for managing senior relocations as well as downsizing and estate liquidations. In addition to organizing, packing, de-cluttering, moving and resettling, Caring Transitions can handle estate sales, liquidations, and preparing homes for market. Caring Transitions of San Diego East County serves El Cajon, Rancho San Diego, La Mesa, Jamul, Spring Valley, Lemon Grove, Lakeside, Santee, Bonita, Chula Vista, Ramona and East San Diego.

“I think the Caring Transitions name really says it all. Transitions are always stressful – especially for seniors and busy families – and we understand. Let us help you through this so you can spend time with your loved ones,” David said.

Prior to launching this business, David served in the Marines and in the Navy Reserves. He has a bachelor’s degree in computer information systems and an MBA. When he learned about Caring Transitions, he asked his brother Andy about building a partnership. Andy, who is married with two children, has been a successful small business owner for the last 20 years.

“I had been looking for an opportunity to open my own business and I loved the idea of working with seniors. With my commitment to service and Andy’s background in business, I’m confident Caring Transitions will be a great addition to this community,” David said.

Whether your situation is planned or unexpected, Caring Transitions’ services are perfect for seniors moving in with family or into a safer living situation as well as busy families and people clearing out the home of a loved one who has passed. All of Caring Transitions’ services are customizable, so clients only pay for the services they need – whether that means managing the entire move and estate-clearing or just getting someone resettled into their new place.

“When you work with Caring Transitions, you’re not just working with a moving service or an estate sale company. You’re working with a full-service solution and a team that wants to make your life easier. We will listen to you, assess the situation and tailor our services to fit your needs. Services like this are not one-size-fits-all and we understand that every person and every situation is different. That’s part of what sets us apart,” Andy said.

David is a Certified Relocation and Transition Specialists, a designation bestowed by an independent organization that evaluates providers of senior relocation services. Caring Transitions of San Diego East County is bonded and insured and all employees are background-checked.
