Alice Chin Team Joining Keller Williams Naperville Market Center

Top-producing residential real estate team expands suburban market presence.

NAPERVILLE, Ill. - September 26, 2016 - (BUSINESS WIRE) - Keller Williams today announced the top-producing Alice Chin Team is joining the KW Naperville market center. Chin is leaving Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage after 11 years there serving the Naperville community and surrounding area.

Chin, a longtime resident of Naperville, started her real estate career in 2005 after working as a middle market financial analyst and commercial real estate underwriter for JP Morgan Chase. Her experience there sparked her interest in becoming a residential broker, and she built her business on providing outstanding customer service. The Alice Chin Team members also joining KW are brokers and staff Bart Byers, A.J. Guzman, Lily Machmouchi, Julie Michael, Britta Spanke, Carla Wills and Susan Worthy.

According to Prall, the KW Naperville market center has grown from 138 agents in July 2013 to 230 today, including the Alice Chin Team. “We are unlike most real estate operations that are highly competitive internally,” Prall said. “Our culture is one of sharing and collaboration, providing the tools and training to support our agents and better serve our clients.”
