September 26, 2016 // Franchising.com // LAKEWOOD, Colo. – Oxi Fresh Carpet Cleaning, the World’s Greenest Carpet Cleaner®, recently opened its fourth South Carolina location with plans to open more locations by the end of the year. With the launch of the Myrtle Beach location, Oxi Fresh now has well over 300 locations throughout the United States and Canada.
This new Myrtle Beach carpet cleaning franchise, founded by Brian Andrikis and his daughter Stacy, is the first in the area. This father and daughter team is proud to offer the company’s green, oxygen powered carpet cleaning service to their friends and neighbors.
“My daughter Stacy and I are excited to bring this service to the residents of Myrtle Beach,” said the owner Brian Andrikis. “Not only does our service offer an environmentally sustainable alternative to other carpet cleaning options, but also we pride ourselves on our unwavering dedication to customer service.”
Prior to opening Myrtle Beach’s first Oxi Fresh franchise, the father and daughter business duo lived in North Branford, Conn. There, Brian owned and operated a local independent grocery franchise for 18 years until transitioning to a management role at Bed Bath & Beyond. Stacy, who has a background in early childhood education, worked as a preschool teacher. With Brian’s background as a small business owner and Stacy’s entrepreneurial mindset, they decided to relocate to Myrtle Beach and open their own franchise.
“The decision to relocate to Myrtle Beach was an easy decision for us. Not only did we have the desire to open a green business, but we wanted to move here - Myrtle Beach has felt like home to us after years of family vacations in the area,” explained Stacy.
Established in 2006, Oxi Fresh has positioned itself as the premier, eco-friendly option within the carpet cleaning industry. Relying on green products powered by oxygen, the company’s carpet cleaning solutions provide excellent results while still being safe for children, animals, and the planet. The company also strives to conserve water, using a low-moisture method that requires two gallons of water per home versus the 40-60 gallons needed by other cleaners. This has allowed the company to help conserve around 30 million gallons of water since it started 10 years ago; this method also enables carpets to dry in one hour, significantly less than the standard 12-24 hours required by other methods.
Through innovative products and modern technology, Oxi Fresh Carpet Cleaning offers green cleanings and incredible results through a unique, low-moisture process. Oxi Fresh has been ranked in Entrepreneur magazine's Franchise 500, featured in Inc. magazine's Inc. 500|5000, and been recognized as one of “America’s Best Franchises to Buy,” by Forbes magazine. Oxi Fresh has over 300 locations throughout the United States and Canada with more locations currently in development. For more information, visit: www.oxifresh.com.
