1000 Degrees Neapolitan Pizza to Debut in Cleveland and Toledo

Customizable Fast-Casual Pizza Franchise Grows in Ohio

GALLOWAY, N.J. (PRWEB) October 11, 2016 - 1000 Degrees Neapolitan Pizza, a fast-casual restaurant serving authentic, hand-tossed Neapolitan pizza with an American spin, has signed a new franchise agreement that will introduce the concept to Toledo. Two 1000 Degrees restaurants are also under construction in the Cleveland market, which is part of the brand’s plan to expand its footprint throughout the state of Ohio, developing as many as 45 local restaurants over the next five years.

Ohio native Kevin Orians has partnered with 1000 Degrees to open in Toledo after spending 25 years as COO of a leading market research company. In Cleveland, franchise partner Donato “Dino” Magistro, originally from Bari, Italy and who never lost his passion for authentic Neapolitan pizza, will open a restaurant in January in Brunswick. Magistro, a U.S. Army veteran and former financial management analyst, plans to open a second location in Strongsville early 2017.

Expansion across the Buckeye State is part of the 18-unit brand’s overall growth strategy to open 10 units by the end of this year and 50 more by the end of 2017. The franchise is currently seeking partners to open single and multi-unit locations throughout the state.

“The customizable fast-casual pizza market is in demand all over the country and shows no signs of slowing,” said CEO and Founder Brian Petruzzi. “Now is the right time to further develop Ohio. We’ve seen an increasing consumer desire for the concept and with our authentic Neapolitan pizzas served on hand-tossed dough and topped with the freshest ingredients, we know 1000 Degrees will become a fast favorite.”

1000 Degrees serves personalized, made-to-order authentic Neapolitan pizza. Unlike traditional Neapolitan pizza which has a slightly undercooked center and requires a fork and knife to eat, 1000 Degrees Neapolitan Pizza has fused this classic style with American flare. The result is a thin crust pizza that maintains the light and airy appeal of a Neapolitan style pizza.

The total investment to open a 1000 Degrees Neapolitan Pizza is ranges between $175,000 and $325,000 on average. For more information about franchise opportunities with 1000 Degrees Neapolitan Pizza, visit http://www.1000degreespizza.com/neapolitan-pizza-franchise.
