In this role, Bungard will also oversee the daily operations of the company and will work with Weichert sales associates who specialize in new home construction to effectively market new construction projects throughout Weichert, Realtors’ service area.

A proven expert in leadership and management, Bungard was previously an executive director for the Western New Jersey region of the Condominium & Homeowner Association Division of FirstService Residential. Prior to that, she was responsible for the successful launch and management of new home communities at Pulte Homes. Bungard also has a broad background in marketing and public relations, and was an adjunct professor at Rowan University where she taught Services Marketing and Principles of Marketing. She received her MBA with a concentration in communications from Rowan University.
