ServiceMaster Announces Intent to Refinance Existing Credit Facilities

MEMPHIS, Tenn. - October 25, 2016 - (BUSINESS WIRE) - ServiceMaster Global Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: SERV), a leading provider of essential residential and commercial services, today announced that it intends to refinance approximately $2.4 billion of debt outstanding under its existing Term Loan B due 2021 and its $300 million revolving credit facility due 2019 (together, “the Facilities”). The company anticipates refinancing the Facilities with the proceeds of a new $1.5 billion Term Loan B due 2023, a new $300 million revolving credit facility due 2021 and $1 billion of unsecured debt expected to mature in 2024. Proceeds from the refinancing will also be used to pay related fees and expenses of the refinancing. The proposed refinancing is subject to market conditions, and there can be no assurances that the proposed refinancing will be completed.
