Your Pie Launches New Craft Pie Series with Down-Home Southern Favorite Chicken & Waffle Pie

The well-known coupling of perfectly fried chicken and crisp, sweet waffle serves as the inspiration behind Your Pie’s latest creation in the brand’s seasonal Craft Pie Series. This fall, the down-the-line brick oven pizza franchise is bringing the riff on the brunch standard to its locations nationwide with the Chicken & Waffle Pie. The series will be offered for a limited time at all Your Pie locations from October 26th through January 3rd.

The New Chicken & Waffle Pie includes pieces of fried chicken paired with waffle pieces tossed in syrup, a layer of ricotta spread, parmesan, and a sprinkle of basil. The sweet-savory combination pairs perfectly with Your Pie’s Apple Pie Gelato, which will be making its triumphant return to the Your Pie menu as part of the new Craft Pie Series launch. The new pie is also designed to perfectly compliment featured beers from Ballast Point Brewery, like the Dorado Double India Pale Ale and Even Keep Session IPA that reinterpret brewing to create a unique balance of taste and aroma.

For every beer purchased in conjunction with the new Craft Pie Series launch, customers can fill out a Golden Ticket to be entered to win a Ballast Point Skateboard. Each store will draw a Golden Ticket from all of the entries collected to select a winner for the skateboard at the end of the promotional offering. Winners from each store will then be entered to win the Grand Prize: a trip for two to visit the Ballast Point Brewery in San Diego, California, which consists of an $800 travel voucher, two-night hotel stay, and a VIP brewery tour.

The Your Pie menu has included the Craft Pie Series as a seasonal feature since the first fast-casual pizza concept opened in 2008. The brand has seen incredible response from its devoted fan base from popular creations like the Peach Prosciutto Pizza, which featured fresh peaches, prosciutto and a honey balsamic glaze; the Fresh Fiesta Pie—a deconstructed take on guacamole; and the Pitmaster Pie, which featured smoky pulled pork and fire-roasted balsamic onions topped off with house-made coleslaw, tangy BBQ sauce and a zesty ranch drizzle.
