The three-day event is where franchisees and their key managers meet to learn and share information to help them grow their businesses. This year’s event attracted nearly 100 attendees many of whom are new franchisees and first-time attendees.
TeamLogic IT President, Chuck Lennon, opened the meeting with a keynote address on the state-of-the-industry and phenomenal growth in the company. COO, Frank Picarello, shared the company’s technology roadmap poised to keep the franchise network of managed IT service providers at the forefront of technology trends and practices. David Robidoux, Vice President of Marketing, introduced a new marketing program for franchisees.
Other featured speakers included IT author Don Crawley and sales consultant Jeb Blount. In addition to keynote sessions, attendees sharpened their skills at breakout seminars, vendor showcase presentations, and the event’s largest vendor trade show to-date.
