Popular Eatery Unveils Two New Sandwich Offerings, Available Now

November 10, 2016 // Franchising.com // DENVER –  Antlers up! Fast-casual franchise chain Smiling Moose Rocky Mountain Deli is introducing two new Mo! sandwiches, available now. Along with fan favorite Mo! recipes like the Southwest Mo! and the BBQ Bacon Mo!, the new sandwiches will satisfy even the most rugged adventurers.

Smiling Moose’s signature hot sandwiches, like the award-winning Original Mo!, start with freshly-baked artisan baguettes piled high with sizzling ground sirloin and melted cheese, then topped with cool, crisp vegetables. Delivering fresh, bold flavor combinations with every bite, the hand-crafted Mo! line-up now includes:

• Bacon Blackened Bleu Mo! – Blackened ground sirloin layered with hardwood-smoked bacon and bleu cheese crumbles, topped with shredded romaine, diced tomatoes, mayo and salt and pepper.
• The Steakhouse Mo! - Savory ground sirloin mixed with grilled mushrooms, onions and house-made steakhouse peppercorn aioli, made with award-winning A.1.® steak sauce, then toasted with melted Swiss cheese.

The Bacon Blackened Bleu Mo! and the Steakhouse Mo! are available on six-or 12-inch artisan white or wheat baguettes starting at $8.50, through Jan. 29, 2017.
