Patrice & Associates Honors Exceptional Franchise Accomplishments at 2016 Annual Convention

Franchise Partners, Regional Developers and Corporate Leadership Team Collaborate to Continue Company’s Position Atop the Restaurant and Hospitality Industry

November 29, 2016 // Franchising.com // DUNKIRK, Md. – Patrice & Associates, the nation’s largest hospitality recruiting firm, brought franchise partners and corporate leadership together for its annual convention and awards ceremony. The three-day event was held from Thursday, Oct. 27 through Saturday, Oct. 29 in Baltimore.

“Our entire leadership team looks forward to this celebration each and every year,” said Patrice Rice, CEO and founder of Patrice & Associates. “The annual convention is a great time to come together as a team to reflect on the last 12 months and discuss ideas for the future. This is the time of year when Patrice & Associates franchisees and regional developers are able to share tactics on supporting clients and celebrate one another’s successes as a team.”

Themed “Success & Nothing Else,” the convention celebrated several key accomplishments and inspired all attendees – franchisees, local market team members and corporate leadership – to continue to aim high and think big for their clients. The three days included extensive sales and marketing training, educational seminars, and opportunities to share best practices.

The most emotional portion of the gathering was the awards dinner. Patrice & Associates bestowed honors on top-performing franchisees and their team members in attendance for placements, client retention and best practices over the past 12 months.

During the dinner, Rice and Miller presented the highest honor, “Franchisee of the Year,” to franchise partner Helen Nourai for the second year in a row. She earned the recognition with a series of high marks in all criteria judged, including total revenue, revenue increase, operations, number of placements and participation within the franchise system.

“I am honored to be awarded such a prestigious recognition,” said Nourai, who joined the Patrice & Associates system four years ago. “I am excited to celebrate this accomplishment with my family, team members and our excellent customers. This award is a testament to how hard work and dedication can really pave the way for success.”

In addition to Nourai’s impressive recognition for “Franchisee of the Year,” several other Patrice & Associates franchise partners and recruiters also earned awards.
