Keller Williams Realty Infinity and Weichert Kingsland Realty Offices Complete Merger

NAPERVILLE, Ill. - December 08, 2016 - (BUSINESS WIRE) - Keller Williams Realty Infinity and Keller Williams Premiere Properties, owned and operated by Pete Economos, has completed the merger of the Naperville, Ill. and Carol Stream, Ill.-based Weichert Kingsland Realty offices.

As a result of the merger, 36 former Weichert Kingsland agents have joined Keller Williams since Nov. 1. The recent agents equate to the addition of more than $100 million in annual sales volume.

“We are thrilled major real estate players are coming together into one,” said Caryn Prall, CEO, Keller Williams Infinity. “We’re confident that this merger will have a positive impact on agents and for the buyers and sellers we serve in the Western Suburban area.”

The two former Weichert Kingsland Realty offices will integrate, rebrand and operate as Keller Williams Infinity Naperville and Glen Ellyn, IL-based Keller Williams Premiere Properties.

At $20 million in annual sales volume, the Jeff Ristine Team chose Keller Williams based on the training, value system and economic opportunity. The Jeff Ristine Team expects to grow its own sales volume by 50 percent in 2017.

The No. 1 US-based Weichert agent, Karen Marposon and her business partner Leisa Periolat, also joined Keller Williams Realty Infinity as a KW International Luxury Homes International team. Their Monarque Real Estate Group has reached more than $35 million in sales volume in the past 12 months, with an average listing price of more than $1.1 million.

In Addition to the other top agents, John Wright of the former Carol Stream location, has engaged and embraced the Keller Williams models very quickly. “I learned more in 1 day with Keller Williams than I did in 9 years at my former brokerage.” John Wright and his team will close more than $35 Million in volume in the next 12 months.

“The economic benefits of the merger give the new office a huge strategic advantage in the market place,” said Pete Economos, operating partner, Naperville and Glen Ellyn, IL-based Keller Williams offices. “We’re excited about implementing the Keller Williams business model, which offers world-class training, strong values and a culture that focuses on results through people.”

Keller Williams Realty Infinity and Keller Williams Premiere Properties have added more than 100 agents since Sept. 1 and over 190 agents year-to-date.

Keller Williams has put its mark on the real estate industry by offering comprehensive educational resources and technological tools. In 2015, Training magazine named the company as the No. 1 training organization across all industries in the world.

With these tools and benefits, Keller Williams has continued to grow, becoming the largest real estate franchise in the world by agent count with offices across the Americas, Europe, Africa and Asia.
