NPI/GPI Franchise Owners Win Big at 2016 Annual Conference
Thirty-eight awards were given to top performers.
December 12, 2016 // Franchising.com // Omaha, Neb. - National Property Inspections, Inc., parent company of National Property Inspections in the United States and Global Property Inspections in Canada, gave awards to 38 franchise owners who are top performers in five categories: the Platinum Award, the President’s Club, the Pinnacle Award, the Pacesetter Award and the Rising Star Award. In addition franchise owners Bob McDonough, Atlanta, and Steve Anderson, Arizona, were both named NPI/GPI Franchise of the Year.
The awards banquet was held during the 2016 NPI/GPI Annual Conference in downtown Omaha, Nebraska, Nov. 11 and 12. Franchisees from across the United States and Canada attended, as well as their spouses and employees.
The Platinum, President’s Club, Pinnacle and Pacesetter awards are based on three main criteria:
- Reported earnings and percentage of growth from the previous year
- Size and location of franchise market
- Length of time the franchise has been in operation
The Rising Star Award is given to franchise owners that are new to the franchise and have significantly increased their business in the short amount of time they’ve been with NPI.
“We have outstanding franchisees, and these awards are our way of recognizing our top performers in various markets,” said Roland Bates, president of National Property Inspections, Inc. “Our franchisees did more business collectively this year than any year in the past. They have worked extremely hard to build their businesses, and every award winner is most deserving of their award.”
NPI franchise owners Eldon Holliday, Olive Branch, Mississippi; Mark and Trasi Crowley, Bettendorf, Iowa; and Patrick Riley, Savannah, Georgia, were recipients of the NPI Platinum Award.
Several franchise owners received the NPI/GPI President’s Club Award: Jim and Susan Giuffre, Ocean Isle Beach, North Carolina; Wes and Crystal Grant, Indian Trail, North Carolina; Ron Schenck, Kennewick, Washington; Andy Smith and Daryle Wilken, Omaha, Nebraska; Rodney Twyford, San Antonio, Texas; Matt Tracy, Doylestown, Pennsylvania; Stephan Quigley, Forest Hill, Maryland; Tom and Carrie Trotter, Troy, Ohio; Andy Hasler, Camarillo, California; John and Chris Nelson, Manassas, Virginia; and Brian Tesch, Pueblo, Colorado.

Jim Vaughn, Cape Coral, Florida, was the winner of the NPI Pacesetter Award.
Nathan Spaulding, Jacksonville, Florida, was the winner of the NPI Rising Star Award.
