Uncle Maddio's Pizza Unveils New Menu
Fast casual pizza franchise boosts speed of service and guest satisfaction
January 13, 2017 // Franchising.com // (ATLANTA) – The create-your-own pizza franchise, Uncle Maddio’s Pizza, has gone back to the drawing board, literally, to introduce a brand-new menu design as well as new menu items to maximize operations, expedite speed of service and highlight flavor-forward offerings.
The new menu design works to simplify the ordering process by featuring an illustrated, step-by-step guide for the “create-your-own” process. The addition of more photography of the hand-crafted salads and toasty Foldwiches better showcases the non-pizza options, and the callout “Maddio Monday”, Maddio Meals (at select locations) and “Lunch in 8 Minutes” deals seek to enhance guest satisfaction and build loyalty.
The new menu items include four on-trend and classic pizzas, renamed in the “Chef Creations” category:
- Alfredo Artichoke: house-made alfredo sauce, mozzarella, artichoke hearts, spinach, red onions, baby bella mushrooms topped with shaved Parmesan cheese and a pesto drizzle
- Mushroom Truffle: garlic-infused olive oil, shredded mozzarella and fontina cheese with prosciutto and mixed mushrooms, topped with arugula, a drizzle of truffle oil, lemon dressing and shaved Parmesan
- Classic Margherita: garlic-infused olive oil, shredded and fresh mozzarella, sliced roma tomatoes, salt, pepper and fresh basil
- Four Cheese: garlic-infused olive oil, shredded and fresh mozzarella, ricotta and fontina cheese with a blend of Italian spices
Also included are updates to many of the recipes for Uncle Maddio’s hand-crafted salads and Foldwiches™, innovative toasted sandwich made with homemade pizza dough and loaded with a selection of meats, cheeses, fresh vegetables and homemade sauces.

With every additional entrée purchase, 1 point is earned – and with a total of 10 points, guests receive a free entrée of their choice. Maddio’s Rewards members will also receive birthday, anniversary and other surprise and delight promotions via email and/or text messaging.
