For 12 Consecutive Years, HomeVestors Named in 2017 Top Franchises Report by Franchise Business Review

Independent Survey Shows Franchisees Are Highly Satisfied with HomeVestors’ Performance

January 26, 2017 // Franchising.com // DALLAS - HomeVestors, the company known for a variety of registered trademarks, including We Buy Ugly Houses®, was named as a top franchise by Franchise Business Review in its 2017 Top Franchises Report. This is the 12th consecutive year the company has been recognized.

Franchise Business Review is a national franchise market research firm that performs independent surveys of franchisee satisfaction. HomeVestors® was among 334 franchise brands, representing over 30,000 franchise owners that participated in the research. Their franchisees were surveyed on 33 benchmark questions in the areas of financial opportunity, training and support, leadership, operations and product development, core values and more.

“We are thrilled to receive this prestigious ranking and are very grateful to our loyal franchisees for continuing to uphold our culture, values, and vision in all that they do,” said HomeVestors co-president David Hicks.

Following are some of the key findings from the report:

• 89 percent enjoy operating their business.
• 87 percent enjoy being part of their franchise.
• 84 percent respect their franchisor.
• 81 percent believe their franchisor acts with a high level of integrity.
• 81 percent are satisfied with their franchise overall.
• 89 percent would “do it again” knowing what they know today.
• 88 percent are satisfied with their franchisor and the opportunity provided.
• 81 percent would recommend their franchise brand to others.
• 60 percent agree or strongly agree their financial expectations are being met.
