West Palm Beach’s Hi-land Properties Thrives At Homevestors Annual Meeting

Hi-Land Properties Recognized with Multiple Awards Year After Year from the We Buy Ugly Houses® Company

February 06, 2017 // Franchising.com // WEST PALM BEACH, FL – Hi-Land Properties LLC, a West Palm Beach-based independently owned and operated franchise of HomeVestors of America, also known as the We Buy Ugly Houses® company, won top honors at the company’s 2016 awards presented at its annual convention. Hi-Land Properties won first place in Top Sales Volume - an award that recognizes the franchise that has the highest dollar volume of total property sales out of 783 franchisees nationwide. The company has won this award for the second year in a row.

Consistently a top performer at the annual awards, Hi-Land Properties also won the 2016 Franchise of the Year award for the third time in six years. Hi-Land Properties also won first place as the Top Closer award this year.
