Real Property Management Organization Names ‘Franchise of the Year’ and ‘Rising Star’ at 2017 Conference

Real Property Management recognized Josh and Derek Kattenberg, owners of Real Property Management Express in Sioux Falls, SD, as Franchise of the Year. Franchise of the Year award winners are selected based on demonstrated proficiency, excellence and overall engagement in all aspects of property management, and is the most prestigious recognition in residential property management.

Matt and Ed Engel, who operate Real Property Management Investment Solutions in Grandville, MI, were honored as this year’s recipients of the Rising Star Award. The Rising Star Award is awarded to one franchise each year that has seen significant growth and exemplifies the Real Property Management model, overall exceeding the standards for a new franchise.

In addition to the Franchise of the Year and Rising Star awards, Real Property Management recognized offices who reached significant growth milestones, such as surpassing 100, 250 or 500 properties under management. Nearly 40 franchises that earned a part in the 2016 President’s Circle were also acknowledged.
