Alex Perriello Named One of Inaugural Visionary Award Recipients by the Swanepoel T3 Group

(NYSE: RLGY), the largest full-service residential real estate services company in the United States, announced that Alex Perriello, the Chairman Emeritus of the Realogy Franchise Group, was one of three business leaders to receive the inaugural Visionary Award from the Swanepoel T3 Group. Perriello was recognized for his significant impact on the residential real estate industry, along with award co-recipients Dale Stinton, the CEO of the National Association of REALTORS®, and Spencer Rascoff, the CEO of Zillow Group. The award ceremony was held on May 5 at the T3 Summit at the Four Seasons Hotel in Westlake Village, California.

During his 38-year career, Perriello rose from the ranks as a real estate agent to become the most senior executive in the Realogy Franchise Group (RFG), the largest real estate franchisor in the world. Perriello served as RFG CEO for the past 13 years, overseeing Realogy’s portfolio of leading franchise brands from 2004 until becoming RFG’s Chairman Emeritus in April 2017. Perriello is widely recognized as an industry leader and a keen observer in the areas of policy and market trends. He has served the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) as a member of the Executive Committee, chaired the NAR 2011 Strategic Planning Committee and has been a member of its Large Firm Advisory Council since 2005. In each of the past four years, Perriello has ranked among the top seven industry leaders in the Swanepoel 200, an annual list of the most powerful people in real estate. Previously, Perriello led Coldwell Banker Real Estate as its President and CEO from 1997 to 2004.
