Intero Announces the Opening of Three New Offices in the Bay Area
CUPERTINO, Calif. - May 17, 2017 - (BUSINESS WIRE) - Intero Real Estate Services, a Berkshire Hathaway affiliate and wholly owned subsidiary of HomeServices of America, Inc. is pleased to announce a number of exciting changes to Intero’s presence in the Bay Area, but more specifically, on the Peninsula.
Intero’s commitment to its clients and agents has been the key to its success over the last 15 years. The first quarter of 2017 was one of the best quarters in the history of Intero. In February, Intero acquired the #1 real estate brokerage in Daly City. This new Daly City location is currently undergoing renovation, and once completed, will offer clients and agents an even greater experience when working with Intero.
More recently, Intero acquired Los Altos based Catarra Real Estate, owned by Bryan Robertson. While Intero will continue to have its existing location at 496 1st Street, Robertson joins Intero’s leadership team as a Managing Officer of the new Main Street location and will help expand the brand while overseeing this second location in the quaint downtown area. Intero’s brand and expertise in the Los Altos real estate market benefits both Catarra’s current clients as well as their continuing commitment to superior customer service in this flourishing market.
Intero also recently secured a second office in downtown Menlo Park, which will be up and running early this summer. The market in Menlo Park and the surrounding communities will broaden the scope of Intero’s influence along the Peninsula, providing a wider range of service to our agents and clients.
