Penn Station East Coast Subs Adds Indianapolis Area Representative

May 22, 2017 // Franchising.com // INDIANAPOLIS, INDIANA - Penn Station East Coast Subs, the fast-casual restaurant known for its grilled, made-to-order sub sandwiches, hand-squeezed lemonade and fresh-cut fries, has hired Todd Roush as a new area representative for Indianapolis.

Roush was previously director of operations for Coalition Pizza + Wine and The Lit Moose. He has also worked as a district manager and franchise business consultant for Steak ‘n Shake, area supervisor and field franchise operations manager for RMD Corp. (Hooters and Beer Sellar) and general manager for Buffalo Wild Wings. He has a bachelor’s degree in business management from Indiana University.

“Todd brings a breadth of fast casual and general restaurant experience to Penn Station,” said President Craig Dunaway. “We’re excited to have him get to work in the Indianapolis market to help our franchisees maximize their ROI and grow their businesses.”

Cincinnati-based Penn Station East Coast Subs features grilled sub sandwiches - including the chain’s renowned Philadelphia cheesesteak sandwich - and cold deli sandwiches made to order with high-quality ingredients on hearth-baked bread. The menu also includes fresh-cut fries, hand-squeezed lemonade and chocolate chunk cookies baked daily in the restaurant. Penn Station offers eat-in dining, carry out and catering.
