Hummus & Pita Co. Discloses Item 19 in FDD

The popular fast casual shows $1.3 - $2.1m in sales volumes from 930sf- 1850sf

May 23, 2017 // Franchising.com // New York, NY - The Hummus & Pita Co. updated its Franchise Disclosure Document (“FDD”) to include Item 19 financial information. Item 19 shows restaurants between only 930 square feet – 1850 square feet generating between $1.3m - $2.1m in annual sales. The New York City-based popular Mediterranean fast casual has proven their great unit economics and is now franchising nationwide.
