Men’s Grooming & Lifestyle Club Signs Six-unit Deal Agreement To Further Expand Brands Presence Throughout Texas

New franchisee, Jeff Stocks, will plan on opening the first location in the River Oaks neighborhood in Fall 2017. Stocks will also target other communities in and around Houston, including Galleria, City Centre, Washington/Heights, Katy and Rice/West University neighborhoods. This agreement is part of The Gents Place aggressive expansion plans to grow the brands presence throughout the state and beyond, with an ultimate goal of opening 150 clubs in the next five years.

Arriving on the heels of a robust career in finance and law, Jeff brings more than three decades of business savvy, philanthropy and innate entrepreneurial spirit to The Gents Place. Jeff has been recognized in the community for his volunteer legal work focused on providing pro bono legal services to children who come to the country without their parents. Jeff has most recently worked as the Chief Financial Officer of a Houston-based industrial services company, bringing his c-level leadership and executive vision to the rapidly growing brand.

The company is seeking qualified franchisees to join the brand and currently has opportunities nationwide in markets such as Texas, Georgia, Florida, California, Illinois, Indiana, Maryland, and Virginia. The brand is aggressively targeting Atlanta, and South Florida for franchise expansion.
Prospective single- and multi-unit franchisees should possess a minimum net worth of $400,000 and liquid assets of at least $175,000. Candidates should have strong business, management and/or marketing experience. Franchisees can expect their initial investment to be between $440,955 – $705,980, including a $40,000 franchise fee. The Gents Place franchisees are provided with an array of tools to position them for success, including franchisee and management training; a proprietary web-based management system; ongoing, hands-on training for club employees to learn our unique grooming methods, management and administration of a club; and advertising, marketing and public relations support. Additionally, The Gents Place provides assistance with site selection and construction.
