Intero Continues Aggressive Expansion Acquiring New Location in Walnut Creek

CUPERTINO, Calif. - June 07, 2017 - (BUSINESS WIRE) - Intero Franchise Services Inc., a company affiliated with Intero Real Estate Services, Inc. (“Intero”), a Berkshire Hathaway affiliate and wholly owned subsidiary of HomeServices of America, Inc., has acquired a franchise in Walnut Creek, expanding their coverage in the area to two locations. The new office is at 1992 Tice Valley Blvd., Walnut Creek.

Formerly a Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate franchise, the new office is adjacent to the gates of the upscale Rossmoor retirement community, servicing the transactions of more than 6,500 homes within the development. Intero Walnut Creek will also inherit 27 new agents to bolster their presence in the East Bay. Both offices will be managed by industry leader Mary Beall-Neighbor who brings 38 years of real estate experience to the industry.
