Restoration 1® Welcomes Jason Jobe as Director of Development
June 12, 2017 // Franchising.com // WACO, Texas - Restoration 1®, one of the fastest-growing and most-trusted restoration franchises in North America, has announced the addition of Jason Jobe as the new Director of Development. Jobe brings over 18 years of business ownership experience to the table as well as nine years in franchising. He will serve as the franchisor’s lead sales representative where his focus will be on the continuation of development and expansion.
“Jason brings the best experience to this job, having been a business owner and then working for a franchisor to help others own and operate their own business,” said Gary Findley, CEO of
Restoration 1. “As we continue to attract a record number of prospects who want to be a part of our successful and fast-growing franchise, Jason is incredibly skilled to help them achieve their goals.”
Jobe went straight from high school into the business world, becoming a successful entrepreneur at the early age of 16. After 10 years of business ownership and ready for a change of pace, Jobe switched to franchising and has loved it ever since. Friend and colleague, Aaron Thompson, Vice President of Development for Restoration 1, encouraged Jobe to join the Restoration 1 team.
“It’s such a pleasure to help guide people through the process of joining a franchise system,” Jobe said. “I’m excited about this opportunity to help people achieve their individual career goals as well as to continue to grow the franchise network on a national level.”
With multiple deals already in the works for new franchisees, Jobe is set on continuing to expand the company to over 150 locations nationwide over the next few months.
