Columbia Based Owner Opens 2nd Casual Pint in Lexington, South Carolina

Doug Harmon, owner of The Casual Pint in the Vista section of Columbia, will open his second location in Lexington this Friday.

Lexington, SC, July 12, 2017 - (PR.com) - New “Casual Pint” Location to Open in Lexington. Fastest Growing Craft Beer Franchise Opening off of Sunset Blvd.

The Casual Pint, the craft beer industry’s fastest growing franchise, will open its newest location in the Lexington area next week. The upscale-casual craft beer store and taproom will host its grand opening on Friday, July 14, 2017.

Doors will open at 4:00 PM and the first 50 people in the door will receive a free glass “growler.” The event is free and open to the public.

Area residents and beer lovers are invited to experience a new way to enjoy a wide selection of local and regional craft beer.

The Casual Pint’s visitors can choose from a selection of 32 constantly-rotating craft beers (and two wines) on tap. In addition to the taps, patrons can also purchase growler fills or choose from over 400 different beers available for carry-out. Beer Lovers can sit at either the bar, tables and lounge chairs inside, or on the open-air patio.

“I’m thrilled to be opening The Casual Pint where we are,” said Doug Harmon, the store’s owner. “I live in Lexington, and what I love most about it is the people. So we see this store as a way to build into this city’s awesome community.”

Many of the beers for sale will come from regional and local breweries and the store will also serve traditional pub food. There is indoor and outdoor seating for 118.

The store is in the newly constructed Saluda Springs Plaza at 217 Saluda Springs Rd, Suite A, Lexington, SC, 29072 - behind Mellow Mushroom off of Sunset Blvd.

Harmon built the new Saluda Springs Plaza with The Casual Pint as its anchor store.
